Whether in a gown racing down steps to beat the strike of midnight, everyday clothes drenched in sweat, or even completely naked (for all you nudists out there), the last dance is always the toughest to face. It signifies the end fo a time where you truly are yourself, for better or worse (here's to you awful dad dance moves). It signifies the end of a time that will become a memory, or even the end fo a time you shared a moment with someone, an intimate connection. From RHYE's 2013 album, Woman, "Last Dance" captures all these moments in a funky sway, mourning for the past but simultaneously helping you to realize that there is a future, and more to come.
