#TBT: Got to Give It Up | Marvin Gaye

In honour of the glorious news that found Robin Thicke and Pharrell Williams guilty of ripping off the honourable Marvin Gaye with "Blurred Lines", we think it is only appropriate to throwback to the original soul track - "Got to Give it Up". "Blurred Lines", complete with the same vocal yelps and groovy percussion of "Got to Give it Up" make it plain as day that Thicke wasn't going to win this battle.

As you listen to this track and think of Thicke's version, I'm sure the same 7.3 million dollar word will jump into your mind...dummy.
