10,000 Emerald Pools | BØRNS

At first listen, you may think, "Wow. What an awesome female vocalist - can't wait to hear more!" Well, THIS IS A DUDE. Yup, that is a MAN singing. If that isn't a unique male voice, we don't know what is.

This is BØRNS first release EVER and we gotta say that it's a pretty legit debut. The song's title alone reminded us of the Emerald Pools (well.....lakes) at the top of the Tongariro Crossing in New Zealand, so that could be a factor in why we may have a soft spot for the song (See our friend Mo's pic below). We can't wait to hear more from this guy with the velvetty vocals, and seeing as he just got picked up by Interscope records we should expect some big things soon.
