Mick Jenkins Strikes Again...This Time With Kaytranada

Mick Jenkins is clearly one of our new faves here at East West Melody, as this is our second post on him in a week. But when ya got good music, YA GOT GOOD MUSIC. Kaytranada has been a go-to producer for awhile now, and it's evident that almost everything he touches is gold. So the fact that Jenkins and Kaytranada have teamed up for "Rain" is blowing our minds (and not to mention our ears).

The two flows of Jenkins and Kay are welcome additions to Ann Peebles' 1973 soul hit "I Can't Stand The Rain", who's beat and main vocals have been artfully sampled. We honestly can't wait to keep hearing great music come from both of these class acts about to bring it big on to the rap scene.
